Urbanomic projects challenge disciplinary boundaries, bringing artists, philosophers and scientists together in events which hybridise exhibition, performance and seminar. Designed as challenging provocations to the passive public reception of art, science and philosophy, the events demand that their audience confront the conceptual stakes of contemporary thought and practice. Through such collaborative work at the Urbanomic project space in Falmouth, UK and elsewhere, Urbanomic continues to develop a characteristic curatorial practice utilising and extending the networks developed by Collapse.
